Imperial Palace Hotel Yerevan

Perfect hotel in the city center. Nice restaurants nearby, children's cafe and shops. It is few minutes far from the famous Cascade complex to spend time in the evening. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is helpfull and professional.

Me and my wife stayed for 4 nights at this hotel during our trip to Armenia in June. The hotel has a nice look, both from the inside and the outside and is not far from several of the most important attractions in Yerevan like the Cascade or the Republic Square. The staff was generally nice and after a noise complaint, we were given a large comfortable room in the 5th floor. We also had good window shades (the only hotel in this trip that had shades good enough for us not to wake up at 05:30 a.m. with the daylight). On the other hand, like most of the hotels we had in this trip, it seems that the building was built using paper walls: I find it hard to understand how, in a 5th floor room with double-glass windows, we could hear the street noise like we were standing in the middle of the road… quite annoying especially at 10-11 p.m. when there is still a lot of traffic noise. Moreover, on a windy night, we could see the inner curtains waving as the wind whistled through the not-so-well fit windows… We could also hear as our neighbor guests as they flushed the toilet or had a shower… It’s a pity that such a nice hotel has such a problem.

Polite staff, all of them. Very close to Cascade complex and other major landmarks. Had minor issues with couple of bathroom fixtures, other than that the stay was pleasant. Daily breakfast was good. Might consider staying again with them when I visit Yerevan next time.

Hotel location is walking distance to the main city center attractions , the rooms are quiet compact and need lots of maintenance work. The carpets felt like they were never cleaned , the bathroom had lots of leaks and the water from the shower areas fills up unless you keep the drains open . Breakfast was very average . Staff are very helpful and courteous had some WiFi issues in the room to which they immediately attended to .

We chose the hotel because I thought the hotel is good by reading all the reviews. It turned out that it's the opposite way. On our first night, we turned the tv on in a minimal volume and suddenly someone knocked on the wall! And the reception called our room saying to close the tv!!! We realized that the room is not soundproof as we are hearing every single sound in each of the room near us. We end up staying quiet the whole period of our stay in the hotel coz we don't want to disturb other people. The evening receptionist don't speak english. The breakfast is not good. And the housekeeping is not wow. They will go in the room directly without knocking at the door and wait if anyone will answer them. They don't clean the room properly. The sound of the water from the other rooms can be heard in our room and it is super super super loud! I think the management need to renovate the rooms coz there is no privacy at all! Not really happy with oir stay.

Ero qui per un convegno. Mi sono trovata molto bene. Certo, alcune cose non sono perfette. Ad esempio le sedie in sala ristorante hanno la decorazione in oro usurata e si vede che c'è la plastica sotto. Ma la camera era comoda, anche se molto rumorosa, e la colazione molto varia, ogni giorno cambiano qualcosa. Ma il punto di forza sembra la gentilezza e la disponibilità delle signore alla reception
